Care:

Bottle: Do not microwave, do not use boiling water, and do not leave on or near heat sources. Check bottle regularly for signs of wear and tear. Cover is machine washable up to 86°F.

Hot Water Bottle Instructions:

  • Bring water to a boil and wait 4 to 5 minutes for the water to cool.
  • Keeping the bottle in the cover, hold the bottle upright by the neck and pour water slowly into the bottle.
  • Fill from one-half to two-thirds maximum capacity. If wearing the bottle, use less water to allow for easy movement and lighter weight.
  • Expel air from the bottle by lowering it carefully onto a flat surface until water appears at the opening. Hold the neck up to avoid spilling.
  • Secure the stopper by screwing it finger-tight to prevent leakage.
  • Wrap it, hug it, sling it around your body and take the warmth with you!

    • Tip: When filling the bottle, lay the length of the bottle along a flat surface to improve stability while you pour in water. Make sure that you keep the opening at the top of the bottle pointing upwards.
